Intra Oral Camera

An intraoral camera is a handheld, wand-shaped tool. The tiny camera at the tip of the tool allows us to capture a close-up, in depth picture of each individual tooth.  This allows our experts at Table Mountain Dental to show our patients a new perspective on their smile.  During a comprehensive examination, our doctors will review each tooth picture with you, sharing their findings of your tooth health and any concerns they may have.  You'll be able to see exactly what the dentist is explaining, thus providing you with the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions regarding your possible dental treatment.

Digital X-rays

In the past, most dental professionals used film development to process your dental x-rays.  At Table Mountain Dental,  we use digital x-rays due to their many benefits, including safety to the patient and speed of processing.   Digital x-rays are a crucial diagnostic tool that helps us gain a better understanding of the inner workings of your mouth, more specifically the teeth, roots, and alveolar bone.

Digital Impressions

No more goopy putty to take a mold of your teeth!  At Table Mountain Dental, we take a digital impressions instead. Using a handheld wand that can take hundreds of pictures per second, we are able to create a 3D model of your teeth and bite.  This allows us to process crowns, dentures, veneers and your clear aligners in no time!

3D Cone Beam CT Scan

By using 3D Cone Beam imaging, our experts at Table Mountain Dental have a more comprehensive overview of your teeth and gum tissues. This allows us to better diagnose any potential problems as well as determine the next step in an effective treatment plan.  3D imaging also aids us in surgical planning, orthodontic treatment, cosmetic and restorative treatment, and dental implants.

4K Televisions

Each treatment room is equipped with two 4K televisions.  The first is used to show our patients a close up look at the intra oral photos of their teeth, X-rays and any other findings the doctor would like to share.  The second television hangs overhead to allow our patients to lay back, relax and enjoy their favorite Netlifx show, while listening with Bose headphones, during their dental visit.
